“This one is simple. My booking pictures did not match the room i received. The amenities promised not delivered. The few things that mostly mattered to me. My booking amenities say there is a microwave. However there was no microwave in my room. I stay in the bay area in hotels frequently, and many hotels there do not have microwaves, which is why its the first thing i make sure a room has along with a fridge. “It was a very nice stay while passing through. The only issue we had is that the air conditioner draws in and unpleasant scent from the plants outside the window. Other than that everything was fairly well maintained and clean”

“My stay here was due to a birthday party for a longtime friend and just needed to place to lay my head down for the night just in case I had too many adult beverages. LOL! But my stay was great. The staff were helpful and courteous. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.”
